Monks Ballyvaughan Seafood Restaurant & Bar require an experienced restaurant supervisor to manage all aspects of the front of house operations of this busy Seafood Restaurant & Bar which is located at the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way. The experienced restaurant supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the team and managing the premises true to the ethos of the owners.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to work as a member of a team and on one’s own initiative.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The day to day running of the bar and restaurant floor
- Training of staff
- Maintaining high quality service standards
